ah come on man. i dont see why we would not post songs we like. if u dont want to make lose a buck to a millionaire group, its fine man just dont listen to the song. plus, it just encourage ppl to discover new CDs and buy em.

can you get introuble for downloading songs, but not sharing them?
if its for your own purpose, no. but if its to sell CDs, yes

You do not have the right to download copyrighted material unless you a) have paid for that right, or b) have written permission from the copyright holder, even if you have no intention of selling it. Copyright law does make provisions for Fair Use, which are somewhat complicated, so I will not cover them unless someone asks, but downloading music from file-sharing networks is not a Fair Use.Quote:
