I live in Richmond,VA. I think that speaks for itself. And no I would never make it publicly known that I grow to anyone around me but its sort of an inside feeling. I'm afraid not everyone can grow for either they have not a fucking clue or they don't want a fucking clue. Hey somebodys gotta supply all you smokers right?
