Try blowing out most of the air from your lungs (not like pushing it all out, just a good breath out), hold it in your mouth for a couple seconds, then inhale deep and HOLD IT for 7 seconds. Also, breath so that you feel your ribcage expand all around, you get more that way (thank you to my yoga teacher :D )

acctualy i was the same way,but im glade i stuck it out because now i get high as hell,the weed i was smokeing was pretty basic regs it alright,but nothing compared to the regs(i say regs because it is the same price)i get now that blasts me,i was kinda smokeing to to me cool back then.but now i've grow up quite a bit(it was almost 10 months ago)
