It doesnt work that way.
When fat cells burn, the stored THC metabolites are released back into the bloodstream, filtered by the kidneys, and end up in the bladder. The filteration rate of THC metaboltes from the bloodstream by the kidneys is unaffected by copius fluid consumption.
Drinking water only serves to dilute the THCA concentration that is present in the bladder. It does not eliminate the THCA, but instead it "thins out" the concentration in the hoping that the urine sample registers below the cutoff thresholds of a drug screen (thats providing that the THCA concentration is not too high). The dilution phenomena, however, is only temporary - once the water consumed had all been urinated out, the bladder is replenished with fresh THCA-laden urine by the kidneys, and thus the donor is back to square one.
And contrary to popular belief, sweating is hardly of any help because very little THC is excreted via sweat. You can sweat enough to fill many buckets, yet the amount of THC being excreted would still be miniscule. The rest are being excreted via the urine and bowels.
