I was talking about LED growdemon, not sure if I'm gonna stick with my cfl bulbs quite yet. Do you like LEDs? or have you ever used them? I want as many opinions as I can get lol
I have no idea how well the individual light bulbs work but I happen to work at wally world so I might check it outQuote:

So I dug out the camera and behold...it takes better pictures than my crappy cell phone lol. So I figured I would put up a few shots I took for y'all. Attachment 295997Attachment 295998Attachment 295999Attachment 296000
Wow....that is sneaky, I like it! That is very well done, who would even guess? Those are some healthy looking little ladies too, they clearly like the conditions.
Hmmm....might have to try the clay pellets on my next clones.
I can tell you one thing about my quad spectrum LED grow light though it doesn't create enough heat! My house heater doesn't kick on till it hits 65F. Also reflective material is a definite must when it comes to LED growing, just some things to consider if you do decide to switch. If you have any other questions I'll be glad to answer them.
Thanks for the feedback guys, I'm thinking I'll stick to the CFLs for now. Just put in two more bulbs last night actually. All is well in the cab while outside the house it's been snowing all day! lol
hehehe..
ive been researching LED grow lighting for the past few months, and all the information is so convoluted.
I have yet to see anything grown worth of dropping hard cash, on expensive toys.
skip LED.
checkout sungodlights
for LED's i would say unless its designed for growing weed! a typical LED light is no diffferent than any other current light on the market.
designed for growing weed:
Blackstar LED
Blackstar Chrome
California Lightworks
BUDmaster
Blackdog
lowend models barely covers a 2x2 for 400$ smackers, so a 2700k LED, is no different than a 2700k cfl
LED lighting is all about the spectrums of light that are not visable to the human eye. which the plants use. not just RED & BLUE
Yeah, one of my old co-workers was using LED and ended bringing me some pictures....I still don't know what he was doing wrong but the plants under the LED just looked plain funky..(like they weren't getting enough light or something:p) lol. I just so happen to have pictures of my crop which I was using HPS at the time and I guess those photos were enough to convince him to switch. Sold him two ballasts, and some bulbs later that week lol. For now in such a small space the cfls are working pretty much perfect so I'm not going to mess with nothin! lol anywho, here's some pics for y'all and happy growing!
