Will I know what type of test I will be taking beforehand?

When doing practice drills, use warmed water in place of urine.
Not only do you need to be concerned about bottle temperature, but you need to be more concerned about the sample cup temperature after you pour the sample from the bottle. Read post #3 of this thread: http://boards.cannabis.com/drug-test...ml#post2230159

Great point.. Thanks for that. In that case, do you suggest i hold the sample in a thermos of 105 degree water to get it to 100, then walk in?? Or can I get away with holding it under my
Armpit and blowing hot air on it? Id like to keep it as simple as possible. When I simulate it by pouring it into a cup, it drops 2 degrees,

Do whatever it takes to bring the bottle to 100F. The "armpit trick" is only to be used to "prewarm" an empty sample cup if it feels too cold.
Throughout the DT forum, there are many different methods posted to bring the bottle to 100F. If you cannot find them in the Substitution "sticky" thread, then make full use of the forums Search button.

Sorry to keep picking your brain, but ive tried it by getting the bottle to 100 degrees..
Crotches it for 10,20,30 and 40 min and temp stays around 96-97.2
Should this be sufficient?
Also, if i attach a heating pad, and it gets too hot, will the strip on the cup i pour it in register it, or will the dot indicator move as the temp does? Id rather have it too hot and be able to cool it down than vice versa.
Thanks again
