okay so i get it. you cant get high off of doobie papers. maybe i was not clear enough my friend told me that after you roll and smoke a joint then you can smoke the weed out of the roach. and then you can smoke the resin off of the paper by putting it into a bong or pipe. just so noone is confused i am not just pulling a rolling paper out of the container and hoping i get high.

Sure there is resin left on the paper. I've stuffed whole roaches into a pipe before without bothering to take the weed out. That was more out of stoned laziness than really wanting the paper, however. I you were to take the weed out first and save the papers I would think you'd need to smoke a lot of them, like 50+, to make it worthwhile and that would be pretty harsh.
