well the girlz seem to be enjoying their new homes and their new positions too. starting the veg in vertical position a couple days ago.
so the pics are 1: just setup for vertical a couple days ago. 2: a couple minutes ago. 3: #1 on the left, #2 on the right. 4: #9 (3 leaf) on the left, and #10 (also fimmed same time as 3 leaf) on the right. yep i definatelt fimmed the fucking fimjob on both of em lol. missed em both but meh no matter they growin nice. and i say again these babies smell sweeet!!!!!
here's some pics day before yesterday. alls well so far.
group, #9(3 leaf), #1
pics from this morning. girlz are doin fine.
group, #1, #9(3 leaf) shots from the sides to show heights today
gave them week 2 of nutes for veg scedule yesterday at lights on.
also lowered the 1k and adjusted positions accordingly.
so here's a question, in all my years of gardening and such, it has always worked best to water in the evening.
but with this, all advice given is to water at lights on.
why? is it just to prevent damping off?
i always let them flow out as they need to then lift them from the trays and dump the trays out so they have a quicker wet dry cycle anyways.
which doesn't seem to matter for squat anyhoo cuz they are only drinking once a week, give or take a day.
well whatever is happening, they seem to be doing fine with how i look after em.
same goes for all the others too. tobacco, tomato, brocoli, cauliflower, cabbage, brussel sprouts, and some leaf lettuce.
can't seem to get any kind of peppers to germ though which sucks. japs, bananas or 4 kinds of bells.
i believe the thinking behind watering at lights on is to make sure it gets a chance to dry and not get moldy
with mornings its got the whole day to take the food in so its meant to be better for growth, iv heard that chopping should be done at night too as everything, toxins any left ova nute ect sits in the roots during ur dark period and only travels up the plant when exposed to light.. maybe the two are connected if u know what i mean. but then, this is what iv heard..

thanks fer the reply high!!!
hehehe hadn't even considered the timing of the chop yet, lolQuote:
