I think it's purely a case of responsibility. People should be able to realise when they're smoking too much. Weed is the bomb, but people who abuse it and turn into vegetables (like my mate) create the negativity that surrounds it. But like I said, it's a case of responsibility. I get unmotivated but I still get on with shit. I'll have a joint to start the day, just as long as I don't have to go to any job interview or anything. I'd definitely NEVER drive under the influence. It's a case of getting on with life WHILE smoking, rather then revolving your life around smoking.
I don't personally suffer from any of those things, as I smoke waaaaaay less than every day. Sometimes I can go for a few weeks without smoking (even though I prefer not to :p). Also, when i've had a long break and then toke up again, I get waaaaaay more high or stoned. It's great.
