Do you really still think that it is a nitrogen issue ? Where did the burning come from on the leaves ? Why is that there ? Lack of nitrogen doesn't do this. With a lack of nitrogen the leaves become yellow and drop off.
Dont you think it looks like more of the 2 issues I mentioned ? It took me all of 5 minutes to find pictures of these issues.
You advised Hemp to add more fertiliser... Are you sure he should do that ?

I hope this does not come across as condescending because that is not my intention, I have been growing in excess of 20years and I speak from experience and knowledge gained from that experience, it is nitrogen deficiency that his plants are suffering from looked at the paleness of the leaves, as I have already stated his lower leaves have gone chlorotic hence they are the first to go yellow and drop off (a classic symptom of Nitrogen deficiency)
If you want a technical explanation Nitrogen regulates the plants ability to make proteins essential for new protoplasm in the cells, Nitrogen allows the plant to tie proteins, hormones, chlorophyll, vitamins and enzymes together, it is also essential for the production of ammino acids, enzymes, nucleic acids, chlorophyll and alkaloids. This is why nitrogen is such a key component of any fertilizer as it is mainly responsible for leaf and stem growth, as well as overall size and vigor hence his plants being stunted and refusing to grow.
One or two or in your case three nutrient deficiencies will have a knock on effect as to how the other nutrients get metabolized by the plant and will cause other nutrient problems in the plant in time, just as an excess of one nutrient can inhibit the uptake of another its all about getting the right balance hence why I recommended those nutrients to you
Soil to hydro ratios will vary considerable as to amounts you should be giving, but personally I think your 5.1.1. ratio is not ideal, in a veg state in soil I would try and aim for at least a 12.5.15 ratio possibly higher depending upon what strain you are growing so always check what your plant and its leaves are saying to ours.
