What happened to my buds? Any advice?

Did you keep the lights higher last time? Did you water more or less? ..............these are the trials and tribulations of being a marijuana grower. Every grow we are challenged to improve on the last.
The more fresh air the merrier, plants will use up all of the c02 in a sealed room eventually and if you don't more fresh c02 rich air your yields and plant performance will suffer.
Ever since the beginning almost 3 years ago, they've been a steady 85/86 degrees and about 20-30% RH. I'm growing in a soiless mix similar to ProMix with added perlite and dolomite lime. They grew perfectly fine that way.
In the last year I've managed to get the temps to about 80 and RH at 40-50%, which you would think it would help but who knows.
I bring in fresh outside air into the room which is in a bedroom and the exhaust is the rest of the house. The fresh air comes in constantly while lights are on.
