Are my babies good ?

**i might be havin mites in my plant ...can i use this houseplant insecticide directly on the leaves : trounce potassiums salts of fatty acids 1.0% and pyrethrins 0.01% are the ingredients ??

greenhand ive been using this product called captain jacks deadbug that was recomended to me for my thripe its main ingredient is called spinosad i guess its a mold found under wiskey barrels that is a great organic bug killer it works wonders from mites to thripe to everything in between i couldnt find a ingredient list to see if it has any of the ingredients you mentioned but ive been waiting for the right time to let someone know about captain jacks also after reading your posts im still not sure does your soil have nutrients or are you adding your own or both

i did use a little of the nutrients that i bought...maybe that was my mistake i didnt take the time to really read the soil composant...
