Will World War 3 start soon??

It is very interesting to me to notice what has happened to the world lately. We shifted from a position where there was a strong sense across the globe that the USA was the world's police power... and love it or hate it, it did serve as a deterrent to violence around the globe, to this... the apology from the USA and its Nobel prize winning President and a sense around the world that the USA is now weak. Now all the children play. We are even hearing calls of Socialism here in the USA once again.

We went from relative calm with a few hotspots, to all of the world wondering if this is the end of times in what, a couple of years? OMG Anubis... welcoming death over this? Wow. Just wow. Calm down good people. No one wants WWIII. The big guys are not going to push big red buttons over a few miles of sand. If terrible things happen over there, oh well... we tried.

Over here, we have our own problems. Lets concentrate on them. We need jobs. If you feel you must occupy something to get this done, do it. If you feel it must be done with your vote, do that. For those caught up in the mess, its hard. Hang on. Things have to get better. Threatening the bankers and the politicians and the business men seems counterproductive if you are looking for jobs, but if you think that is what is needed, it is your right to say so. My feeling is that with all this call for change here in the USA, we will indeed get some, and I can't help but to think that this would be a good thing.

War is a real possibility. It will be another fake one of course but the politicians want something to take our minds about complaining about them not doing there jobs. It will either be Iran or Pakistan. This is what happens when you elect another neocon. People thought they were voting for a liberal but they got lied to.
We've been ordered out of Iraq by the end of the year by the Iraqi president so there's going to be large decrease in defense contractors profits. We'll be remaining in Afghanistan for at least another 10 years and that continues to spill over into Pakistan. SO another war will be needed to keep Halliburton's and there cronies profit margins up. The best way to command these mental midgets in congress and the white house is just refuse to serve. If there's no cannon fodder there's no war. There are better ways to get college tuition money than killing innocent men, women and children.

It helped in the 60's it can help again.
But realistically as long as we have a neocon in the white house we're going to go to war. The great Nobel Peace prize winner now has us involved in how many wars?
If you want peace try Ron Paul if you're conservative. If you're liberal try getting Dennis Kucinich to run. I would vote for either one even though I'm a libertarian just to have some peace for a change.

I had friends that lie to me some of them I later find out made more one lie to me. So my 420 friends I hate to hurt some you but G W Bush said he lie about the war AND that he did not care what we were thinking. We have one lie and he said he did that lie. I ask my 420 friends "How many more lies are there"? Some folks are saying a whole lot more lies were made it just so many believe them to be true. And some are saying the whole show is a LIE. I have never know a liar that made two or three lies. Did the government lie about Cannabis? How many lies were made about Cannabis? Were do the lies stop then? OK you caught me lying but I tell you I will never lie Again that no lie. Believe me I not a liar I only lie once. I live in France and like I have said before System D at it best being done to you if you believe the lies as truths. I say ask more why's to ever thing being told. Why are we at war when it is a lie. Why do some people want death over pain? WHY WHY WHY ????

I not sure of any thing but when Bush said he lie and we still at we one may think we are in the wrong. I am still asking WHY!!!!

I'm really not a political person. Never have been. I don't have preference towards one party or the other. Although I never supported Bush or the war, I watched the interview on National Geographic channel and it really made me respect him more. Everyone is so quick to judge on a person's mistake they don't stop and go "Hmmm, would I have handled it differently. I for one wouldn't have. The conspiracy is 9/11 was an inside job. I believe that to a point. The stuff I saw on Zeit Geist makes it hard to believe otherwise. Whether it was or wasn't set up, he still did what I would have done. And that is shock and awe the shit out of whoever. What would people have said if he didn't proclaim war. Oh Bush is a pussy (zing!! get it) we should have elected someone else cause they would have called war. I love conspiracy stuff but right or wrong he did what I would have done whether i was involved in a cover up or not.

I do hope this discussion remains 'friendly': AS I have always found it counter-productive to bite each other's head off, as happens in this section frequently! So, please my friends-lets just speak with our own opinions and sway each other with some facts?? Would like some more information, that is all!

e:This is an assumption I agree with. Bush got us in a war, based on "Faulty Intelligence" (which is his excuse and he would 'do it over again'). While we were off to war and "Distracted" he and Cheney passed legislation allowing a new type of mining, called "Fracking"- Hydrolaulic mining for minerals in the Shale of U.S.A. without meeting the EPA standards. As per stated before-Halliburton is making the most $ in Iraq and U.S.A. by this mining. Our air quality standards subverted by being distracted by war! I only recently learned of this mining across our country. AS, seismologist's are saying that removing these resources at a ' pace never seen before' is causing earthquakes in States (like Washington D. C.'s and Maryland's).

This-I am passionate about! We have to re-cycle our plastic, tin and have light bulbs that you can barely read by, for the "environment," yet, big business can take minerals from our Earth and do more damage than we can manage to save!

I would not profess to have the answer. But, I would like to hear more facts.

1)I agree with kw420, the '60's changed a lot of things. And some of our young men fled to Canada (thank God for Canada and other countries that gave 'safe harbor'). And the president that pardoned them and allowed them to return home, "amnesty.' Others died in war!
And thank God for those who served and fulfilled their duty! I know of not one person, personally that left the country. AS, I cannot relate to that. But, I did not believe we needed to be in Viet Nam. We (our fore-fathers) fought our own 'Revlutionary War' and 'Civil War' in America! Other countries need fight their own, or pay for help with their own mineral resources!

2) No one would survive in the "long term" CanGro and that is the bottom line.

I believe: We are seeing civil unrest for "CIVIL RIGHTS!" Around the World. We (U.S.A.) are busy in everyone else's business and need to tend to our own store, right here at home.

We've spent so much money and resource's in the civil wars of other nation's, that the financial backbone of America is broken and we want change! And not 1 cent on the dollar we spend seems to be employing our disenchanted and unemployed-the 99%.

We have proven, war doesn't solve anything. Would be nice to see diplomacy work!

Bin Laden was our enemy from the WTC and he is gone. That war was a long way of going about it; but, our soldiers took care of him! I suppose, the only regret is: We did not display his body in a freezer locker for everyone to view, as they did in Libya!
