Radio Shack has solar kits that you can purchase at reasonable prices and they are rather medium in size and they more than pay for themselves.

if you are wired for 220 then each light only pulls about 4.5 amps.. you can easily run 2 or 3 from a 20 amp circuit... 2 20amp circuits and your good for a lot of stuff

But the 220v requires special equipment. I have 220 run to my grow room but I just stay with the 110v for all my equipment. A dedicated 220v line for the ballasts would be fine.
