While I agree that government over reach into our lives is a serious concern, I do believe there is a role for the federal government. We can go into that if you like although I find this discussion a) takes a lot of time and effort and b) brings in a lot of shrill voice incapable of reasonable debate. As for UBL, Bush had 7 years to find him. After four years of futility he stated that he didn't think UBL was concern. I'll give credit to the CIA, NSA, etc. but to Bush and the rest? Please. I have yet to see anything to convince me otherwise, although I'm always willing to be educated.
