i dont know whether i believe half the shit about all these new scanners, i mean my grow tent is only a metre squared, surely there only looking for the big operations

not my area but its called a misfiring, bulb isnt an issue, its the socket or the ballast, if your friend finds nothing wrong you'll be heading back to the shop
