Will I be charged?

I know Pennsylvania can take up to 2-3 months to run a person through a Grand Jury and they can hold off an indictment for 2 years. That''s why I say consult an attorney and don't come here for legal advice. That is what the smart people will tell you. Someone mentioned the Norml site for law information. If you end up needing a lawyer they have ones who have defended similar cases in most areas. It is always best to get a lawyer that is familiar with the local judge and prosecutor.
