I actually started the 12/12 cycle because i was desperate.
Let's see what we get.
What about my previous question?

Now i Have some other Doubts about removing useless Leaves:
i usually find on the Main Body of the Plant two branches starting from the same point: one that originate a very BIG LEAVE that goes really far from the Main Body and another one that originate lot of stuff (little leaves, cymes).

Yes your are right, you shouldn't of had to change the light cycle on those auto's to kick them into flowering. However, you would not be the first I've seen on this forum and others that got something besides what you ordered.
If growing auto's and they don't start to flower within a week of when they are supposed to, then switch the lights. Odds are you were given or sold some seeds that aren't lowryders.;)

easyweezy, the first grow can be the most exciting and the most frustrating at the same time. I agree that switching your light schedule should not be necessary with the auto flowering strains you and your buddy chose, but maybe you didn't get what you thought you did. Switching to the 12/12 light schedule will take care of that.
Try to leave as many of the big leaves on your plants as possible. Those are your plant's best "light factories" and are needed by your plant. The branch that comes out near the same spot as the leaf won't grow into much of anything if you remove the big leaf before it gets going.
I'm having a similar problem with low temps and stunting. With an LED setup there isn't much heat given off, so the room air needs to be kept warmer. I've been resistant to turning up the heat in the room, since I don't use it much, but I now know I should have since I'm only about two weeks from harvest and all I have to show are small thumb sized buds. Lots and lots of sparkley frosties though, and I think cooler temps encourage that.
Good luck, and don't piss off Grandma. Do your next grow somewhere else. It's not fair to her.

Thank you very much. This is really a Great Community.
We made a mistake cutting the Big Leaves, but as you now, the Led Light is not so "spready" so big Leaves leave the rest of the plant in Shadows.
Thank you for the Lesson.
About the Grandma thing, i won't make another cycle until me or my friend will go living in our own house, this case was extraordinary and we really didn't want to kill the plants, not for the money or for the weed, but just because we don't like to end another being life.
About the other thing let's hope the Season get Warmer.
Thank you for the comprehension.

Actually, LED light penetrates pretty far down. You may not perceive it because your eyes are more sensitive to green light, but the penetration is there.
I had a plant get so dense under LED that come flower time I lost about 1/3 due to mold because the inside was THICK with growth and no airflow could get through.
