Actually, i tokk 300 and smoked a bowl and had a very nice trip, not strong, just nice, visual yes...would 600 mg be considered a third plateau, what about 900 a 4th plateau? DXM is something I'm still discoverinjg. Not the syryp tho i refuse to drink that shit...rather drink down 20 pills if i have to.Quote:

IIRC, third plateau is 7-15 mg/kg. so if you're 70 kg, or about 150 lbs, you'd take 500-1000 mg of dxm... 8oz of robitussin is about 700 mg, i think.
Well I don't plan on drinking the syrup, but 500-1000mg of Dexalone gel caps sounds right. Next time I'll try 500 and see where that takes me, of course it all depends on the individual, i think 500mg would do me right. i was stupid though i took 360mg dexalone last night, but was drunk as fuck when i popped em, stupid i know. The only thing i remember is lying down listening to a hot 93 Phish and THATS IT...woke up a few hrs later when my wife went to tinkle and was just having non colorful visuals. I cannot count that as a "real" DXM experience cuz I was liquored up. the night before( yes I dexed 2 nites in a row what a dumbass I am ) I took 300 mg of dex and had a colorful time, like any drug i would assume your tolerance will build to dxm if you does 2 nites in a row. Wouldn't a "low 4th plateau" technically be stronger than a 3rd? Or by that do you mean the effects of a 3rd can be uncomfortable whereas a 4th is more enjoyable? In your opinion, what would induce a low 4th plateau...700? Again, it all depends on the person and kind of DXM used. I'm told syrup is not quite like gel caps which are in turn different from pure powder. NEWS FLASH!! I took 1,800 mg of DexAlone once. I'm a big guy (250 lbs), but that was way too much. The trip was pretty much non-existent since I just ended up going into a purely anaesthetic state. The only thing I remember of the it was seeing people hovering over me every once in a while. Turned out they were paramedics. I had thrown up all of the red gelatin from the geltabs and my sitter thought it was blood.
I don't think I'll take that much again, but I still wonder if I had been left alone what would've happened. I was really hoping to pass the 4th plateau to see what was on the other side. I'm into stupid shit like that.
As far as taking it a couple nights in a row, go for it. The only drawback for me is the dehydration from not eating or drinking anything for a couple of days. Maybe some water and saltines (something really light) between doses would make it better. Dunno.
By the way, does anyone else crave the hell out of chocolate when coming off DXM or is that just me?
buy about 3 packs of sucrets DM(they have 18 losenges in each) 15 mg's of DXM in each losenge.. Smash em all up, and pour the pink sand into a container of warm water(its ok if u have some chunks, they will dissolve) microwave the mixture for 1 minute intervals and stir in between intervals until all the sucrets dissolve into the water.. you will see a white powder starting to fall to the bottom, let all the white powder fall to the bottom, and syphon the pink watr off the top of the container leaving only the white DXM powder at the bottom.
