Is yellow and brown tips anything to worry about??
Ingoing ph is a tad low, but how are you testing the runoff? If you're using those color-coded ph drops, the results are skewed by the tinting of the runoff water, making them basically useless for runoff.
How long have they been in the pre-ferted soil? MG 3 month formula lasts about 6 weeks before you need to start adding half-strength nutrients, but I have no clue how long the nutrients in the Plagron lasts.
How long have they been in the same pot? When you transplant, (if still using the Plagron) this will somewhat replenish ph buffering and nutrients.

Hi Rusty hope your good !
I am test the run off with a ph meter , using buffer 7 to test my tester ..
It will be week 3 tomorrow in the playgron growmix with perlite soil , They was in 2ltr pots for a week then transplanted into 14ltr pots two weeks ago ,
The plants are about 18" tall , does this seem small for a plant thats 3 weeks old from a cutting ?? Also the tips are still rolling right under , also some of the new growth

you should also check your meter at 4.0 as well. your results with plagron teaches me to never use it. unless diluted.

Playgron Growmix
Is the stuff in the above link the Plagron Growmix you're using...? If so, your ph pen is evidently off by half a point or so. Plus, the symptoms tell me your ph is too low.
If this isn't the right mix, post a link to the correct stuff.

I'd stick with your normal watering schedule unless she's taking a serious dive. Overwatering causes a different set of problems...
Best of luck to ya.

Also, water imbalance can cause symptoms like this. Overwatering, Underwatering, High or Low Humidity. All can cause this symptom.
Make sure your watering schedule is appropriate (water when dry) and your humidity does not goe into extreme high or lows.
Your pH numbers sound fine to me.
