Saving a blunt for later?
^^^^
excuse me sir Buddha Man,in my opinion a blunt is a gutted cigar rolled with marijuana inside...no tobacco included. A spliff is what your thinking of -_-
and to answer your question dont ever cut a blunt in half to roll it PLEASE. Lordy oh mighty if I ever saw somebody do that they would be forever banned from my cool list. Buy papers if you got weird urges to tear your dutches in half. Better yet...just buy a SYN bong :) theyre good glass and relatively cheap :stoned:

Most blunt wraps and cheap cigar wrapping is made from processed tobacco that's been pressed together & flattened into a paper. Better quality cigars will use fig leaves either as an outer wrapper to the tobacco paper or will replace it completely.
To answer the OP's original question, you can cut a blunt in half if you wish and store the other half short-term in a baggie (suck out the air though). A better option would be to store it in a cigar tube or even a small humidor.
