I hate to agree with GAGrown and his Racist photo but he is right. K.I.S.S. is good advise.
Second what wattage are those bulbs? I use the 42/150w Cfls I have 8...
Third Get those power inverters out of there stick them on the outside, on the back and color them black or something, those plants are going to get big fast! and you will need the real estate. Just my opinion...
