The French and Spanish/Portugese have wine daily with most meals, the Germans drink beer, the Russians and Eastern Europeans drink vodka. Fuck Budweiser, Coors, MGD, I like my cannabis. Yeah and that Doc was smiling big time when he said they gotta come back each year to pay the $125.00 renewal fees he's raking in. I also wonder how much they take in as people try and get all fees and paper work done, who ware down and lose everything they put into the process.
