Washington State made Medical MJ legal in 98 but they didnt give you any legal way to purchase the medicene...makes alot of sense huh
heres a website for all despensaries nationwide Seattleking County Medical Marijuana Dispensary
Misunderstanding. They did not make MMJ legal. There's a big difference. If it was legal they wouldn't arrest patients. They still arrest them because it only allows for an affirmative defense.
Do not leave it up the legislature to make dispensaries legal. They will do like they have to the rest of the law and hose it up.
i know that even if your a mmj card hold. you can not still "SELL" your good. the key word in it is. "Trade" and "Donate".
From what I understand of various co-ops/collectives, that's the case.Quote:

Why would you pay $10 or more for .5g? that's crazy.
apparently according to my legislator, the statement that they are illegal is incorrect......but he could not show me where it was legal.Quote:

In the present market $2800-3200 is still a reasonable price. At that range it allows for grading and would cover expenses unless you have overhead a mile high. Like anything else, keep it simple and play it straight.
In the old days, and lb would disappear overnight sometimes in ozs. :D
