"i also agree with the plant limits being increased and i believe that the state should allow 12 immature and 12 mature to allow a continious cycle. also it HAS to be changed that the PLANT definition of MATURE has to be what the plant maturation level is, WHEN THE PLANT STARTS flowering, until then it is an immature plant indestinguishable of its sex and usefullnes for medicine!"
I think mature should mean over 3feet tall and showing female sex.
We should also be allowed a certain number of males outside of the limits said for females.
