They just got coverage of this on 94Rock.TJ Trout says he issued an open invitation to the DPA to come on the air and tell there side and (trout says) the DPA declined.

I wonder why they would not do that?

Sent an email to the DPA and they replied that they didn't know anything about a 94Rock offer for airtime.Someone has their wires crossed.
