Fuck all yall, that plant was found in my friends private hunting land and him and I took it.
whoever planted it was stupid enough to trespass and plant it on private property.

Not to support stealing peoples plants but some bud does just grow in the wild.
I had a buddy who's father was a cop and they used to burn a field of it every year because it would just pop up around their house.

Not rationalizing anything, use your property, if there's nothing outside grow indoors.If there's no indoor option then you are in a bad situation and you need to risk it in a public forest or something.
It's your own fault for not planting in a "safe" location but going onto someones yard and taking their plants is a very different thing.
This guys story is sketch so I'm not trying to defend him but I can't believe someone would get mad at me when their plant isn't on my property at harvest...That's your bad dude.
