Ok, so I went to Hope Depot and purchased the Hot Shot Strips and was looking for either Neem Oil or something similar to what you have recommended. I couldnt find Fox Farm or Docktor Doom. I also called the local nurseries...nothing. While at Home Depot I saw this stuff called "Ecosense 3 in 1" here is a link Ortho 24 oz. EcoSense Brand 3-in-1 Rose & Flower Care - 0245310 at The Home Depot
Would this stuff be ok? It does list neem oil in it and is safe for edibles. This is the closest thing I could find. I also found another product similar to the spray above but said it was organic. What to do, what to do?

Also, found this Shop Green Light Pint Neem Concentrate at Lowes.com...but it is not Organic. Will that matter? Do I just spray the leaves not buds?
I think I am done bombarding you with questions...for now. ;)

This page might help you identify the exact type of beasties attacking your girls. I got 2 cuttings a month ago and they came with thrips :( (which are now dead :) ) this page helped me identify them as it had some great pictures. The little buggers can be very hard to spot, but you can see them if you look really hard.
Identify your indoor garden pests
This site also has a page recommending various products to deal with each pest. None of these products were available in my country though and I had to find an alternative/equivalent.

A lot of people recommended Spinosad which is totally organic. I wanted to buy this stuff but it wasn't available in my country.

I ended up using a non organic product, it worked beautifully and is safe to use on fruit and vegetables as long as you don't use it too close to harvest (2-3 weeks depending on the product). Yes, you do just spray it on the leaves. My plants were 3 weeks into flower when I sprayed them and they are doing just fine.
