E mail em anyway, the bastards!
To me, this is like saying that no matter how many REGISTERED VOTERS live in a residence that RESIDENCE COLLECTIVELY can only cast 2 votes in an election!
Bullshit. These are INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS and they are linked to medical records and those kinda of protections too!! Dumbasses!
So this begs the question. How many of you would ABIDE by such an ordinance?
if I had a rocket launcher

I'm sure there are a lot of patients who cannot grow at their own addresses, even if they engage the services of a caregiver.

With a 12 plant limit there will be no caregivers to engage the services of.
This should open some eyes. So much for free meds... Everyone will be paying disp. prices. Still think all this BS is about taxes?

how much more is it going to take b4 people get up off the couch?reminds me of herding cattle into a gate single file style.does this not wake anyone up yet?you do see what they are doing here?looks pretty clear to me.they want to know what everyone is doing, what better way to do that by banning everything so that you pretty much have no choice but to sign up at the local "center".btw also a great way to track everyone too.naw they don't need to stake you out all they have to do is make it to where you have to go to a center and sign up there.
then all your info is there for them to have access to.remember all those crazy forms they made all the centers fill out?where you have to sign over your first born and all of that?they are setting everyone up for the slaughter...or complete control which ever comes first.

We're against this bill. I'll be going to provide public comment to that effect. Caregivers are absolutely a necessity for this model to succeed. The growing restrictions would hurt a lot of cg's we've come to know.

I kinda saw this coming..we need to make a huge stink about this. Is it me or are they trying to systematically eliminate a free market economy? If this passes through in denver I think the state is in for trouble and we will likely see similar measures trying to be enacted in other cities..
