First indoor grow

I do have one question. I will be using 1000 w lights in my flower room. I am using a 1000w digital Lumatek ballast. What HPS bulb do you recommend?

I had been water about every three days. However, the violator Kush had gotten to the point of needing water every 24 hours. So, I was guessing hey needed bigger planting pots. Today I swtiched the Violator over to 5 gallon pots. I also raised the lights as I was told after transplanting to raise the light for the next 24 hours. So, I will try to place some photos on here over the next few days.

During the transfer I did notice that the rut ball was solid and real clean white looking. So, I am guessing with the growth I have had the last two weeks that is a good thing.
