At best I'd say...perhaps as good.
Granted, I'm not a commercial grower, but I do demand the best from my ladies, and FF fits the bill. If you're happy with your Jacks, great. But I'm not buying into the Jacks is better theory.
Regardless, I'm not a big fan of using soluable nutrients. For Ambers roses sure. (Amber is my wife) For our meds, no thank you.
gravila: Regardless of the product you chose, you'll have a learning curve.
That's right, the old Peters Brand I think they got bought out by MG if im not mistaken. Not 100% sure on that though. Can I ask why you are not a big fan of the solubles?
I am with you on the learning curve, everyday I learn something new in this hobby
p.s. Hey Rusty for the sake of argument, will you give Jack's a try under the same conditions as you normally grow? I wanna see your impressed face :D

Actually, no. I see no need to play 'chicken' with our meds. It took me long enough to find what fits my schedule, growroom, temperatures and techniques...and I have no reason to alter what works fine. Were I to start reading about a new miracle nutrient, and other senior gardeners I converse with elsewhere were to agree upon it's miracle status, perhaps I'd be intrigued enough to consider a run or two, but it would take a miracle to top what I currently grow.
If I'm not mistaken, Peters was having a consistency issue for a while.
But I never used the stuff myself.
I'm sure certain soluables are just fine, I just don't like 'em in my growroom. (personal preference)
