It sounds like the fees will end up being pretty close to what they were for Denver, which over 200 dispensaries shelled out. What's going to be forcing all of these places to close their doors? The 70/30 rule?

I hope so--we can't have so-called (lawmakers) violating Admendment 20 of the Colorado Constitution--and that is exactly what 1284 does. They get away with this--then they can do anything.
