But I just wanted to move it into better soil than it's already in or should I just not worry about it since it's growing fine?

I Dont think they were getting enough light when they were inside... kind of small for 2 1/2 weeks. I generally dont feel comfortable putting my plants in their outdoor location until they are at least a month old. Putting them outside when they are a little stronger and more mature really increases your chances of success.
If Im starting it outdoors I put them in cups before I transplant them in the ground. It can be rough out their for seedlings and starting them in cups helps.

First pic looks good ,hard to tell from 2nd & 3rd pics as they're out of focus ,if your certain they were ganja seeds(lol) don't worry too much ,you will get some odd shape leaves until it grows out more ,I have got some funny twisted leaves were the fingers overlap this year.
EDIT=I agree with MD maybe you should of let them get a bit bigger in pots and have a better root system ,but nevermind.
Good Growin Mate.

i usually just put em out in a small cup that was used for like flowers at the store it has the holes in it at the bottom.. you need holes for drainage.. i put em bout half a finger into the dirt and i usually dont fert till its about 6 in or so and i start with 1/4 dose and go up gradually as i see it can take it... i accidentally watered one of my seedlings with my fert water the other day and it burnt it pretty bad.. also.. to me that looks like it might be the result of a bug attack.. or could be cuz the seed shell didnt fall off in time..

Well yeah I just planted these straight in the ground cuz I couldn't grow them anywhere inside, But ended up just putting one of my later seeds in my window but the stem is I think really long. Could it be stretching for the light?

Yeah i agree with keeping them inside for longer till they are a lil bigger, cuz my 2 oldest plants i let them grow indoors for the whole month of march and but them outside the first week in april. And they are doing good, i have 4 seedlings that i put out at like 2 weeks old and they have not been doing so good they are still alive but i blame that on tha bad storm we had lastweek.
You should try and get some 2 liter or 3 liter clear or green plastic soda bottles and cut tha bottems off then put them over your lil seedlings. This will keep them safe from tha elements but take the top off so they can get air. You could poke holes in tha sides of them to so you get more air flow make, sure ya push tha bottles in tha dirt like an inch so that the wind rain or w.e does not blow it over.
