I was also thinking about gettingto63 watt cfls which have 7000 lumens. Do you think its needed?
No, it isn't worth it. The bulbs larger than 23w cfls don't actually get more lumens into the plant. You should read about it in this grow ---> http://boards.cannabis.com/grow-log/184064-first-time-grow-advice-please.html#post2092452

I had similar bugs get into one of my plants a few months back. I have a friend who is an avid grower and he told me to put apple cider vinegar in a little dish next to the plants. it got the bugs outs. Idk if its the same thing or not, but it wouldnt hurt to try it :rastasmoke:
yeah i might have to try that out thanxs bro:thumbsup:
I am going to make a grow box similar to yours. I have a hps light that im going to put in instead. keep me posted on your grow, and I'll let you know when i start my next one. (Im going with some auto-flowering strains; waiting on the seeds). fox farm soil is the way to go also. I'm gonna use some nutes that were highly recommended to me called yellow bottle; kinda pricey. If you want cheaper nutes, look into canna brand nutes. you want veggie a & b, and flores a & b.
another helpful hint: if that is foil in your setup take it out; put white wall paper or mylar in instead; they have a higher reflecting point than foil. :rastasmoke:
Yeah thats temporary i will be upgrading as i go along in this grow. Also i used white aquarium pebbles to keep the moisture in the soil and to reflect light under the plants in a previous grow. Should i use them again or is there higher risk of mold or something. Ill keep you updated often.

All of your "ladies" appear to be sativa. My last grow was sativa and it turned out to be much better than I expected.
Try to keep them as short as possible. If you don't have a lot of height to grow in then you may want to think about topping, lst, or something of that sort...
