these are grainy photos from my webcam as my camera is temp broken it would appear. These were taken three weeks ago and its more like a jungle downstairs with everything being repotted out into 2 gallon pots. Will post proper pics soon of that room and the 50+ armageddon looking like alien plants from the land of zog!
New webcam pics of the now 110 lowryders filling my cellar!
I have seem many leds used to grow and i personaly have 2 real led grow lights.I have not yet flowered with these but what i do know is plants durring veg look great.Almost look like plastic the color is so deep!!But been waiting to see plant in its final stage but i only see itty bitty buds. You half to grow 150 plants just to get a pound it seems.I am not bagging on these lights but worried about blooming with them do you have any pics of the last few weeks of your grow of something that is MATURE and worth wile to brag over...By the way 150 plants seems a little over the limit?Kinda funny seems like youd be in the whole in elecricity as where all us here in humboldt stick a few in the ground and come back and get a few pounds off a weed left in the woods.
there is more than enough evidence around to say that LEd and other lighting methods work if you use your head and watch your plants. Its the idiots that are unsuccessful and those that believe everything written on the manafacturers website, yet obvously none of them can tie their products in with cannabis as they are legit companies.
Spend your time reading the masses of literature that is on the internet and you will see you are wrong. Im getting a little tired of this negativity attached to other lighting methods. I just cant understand why anbody would not want to evolve and progress their operation growing better bud for less money?
I've heard that Humboldt line more than a few times on these boards. That's wonderful if you live in Humboldt. In that case just stick to the method that works for you. Those of us with more significant limitations are looking for other solutions. I don't live in Humboldt so the pound growing in the forest isn't an option. I don't like the idea of a HID burning in my basement with my family asleep above or me away from the house. No thanks. I also have venting limitations that would present real problems running an HID. I'm not growing pounds for whatever use you put that to. I just need a few ounces per grow for personal use. If yield is off by a few grams do I care? No. If it takes a week or two longer do I care? No. Does it provide for me needs - that I care about.
Seems that many here tear down LEDs as though it is a challenge to their manhood. Get a life. If it's not for you so what? Walk away. Nothing to see here.

I am only 2 weeks into flowering on my first round of LED's and so far I am really impressed! I was working with a 600w hps before and there is a huge difference with bud development. Also, I am able to leave my house overnight without stressing out that I'm going to blow a fuse or that my a/c would shut off and my temps would go through the roof. Now (without an a/c) my grow space stays between 76-81! And my energy bill is about $50-$60 cheaper every month!!!
Oh, and if you want actual bud, you would never "just pop some seeds in the ground and come back and get a few lbs". I've grown outdoor, maybe not in "humbolt" but in northern California. If it was that easy EVERYONE would be growing outdoor plants! You gotta worry about soil, watering, pests, theives....
yes, pot is a weed that will grow just about anywhere....but if you want good smoke, you have put the time and effort in! Nobody wants seedy schwag....
