Is it weird that your fish is turning me on...? LOL!
Whenever I take breaks from smoking my palms get really sweaty when I start up again and have a terribad time filled with anxiety till I regain my tolerance ( usually only takes a few sessions of smoking tough )
EDIT: I also have noticeable anxiety when I smoke TOO little or TOO much, haven't really had anxiety from smoking too much for a long bit, but if I only suck down a bong bowl (use to at least 3-4) then I get anxiety.
Hang out where people are usually smokers. Make some friends, hang out sometime. Just find people you can trust smoking with I guess. If you think too much about it it will probably just bother you more.
See that is what I am trying to avoid. That stupid anxiety. Maybe I should be on meds for panic disorder instead of just anxiety. Stupid thought? I dunno anymore.. It depresses me just to think about it.. :(Quote:

I smoke hookah sometimes, it helps with anxiety. There are a lot of anxiety meds that have the potential to turn you into a zombie(xanax,valium etc). Try vitamin B-12 it's suppose to be an anxiety reliever, some of my family members take it and say it works. I read a great post on here awhile back about how it's all in your head and controlling anxiety, good read... I'll post if I can find it.
