The only fucking difference that's going to make is people will just grow their own.
It makes me laugh the way they think making something ilegal will eradicate it; all it does is add more shit to the black market, making drug dealers richer and wasting more police time dragging them away from important things like getting rid of smack-head junkies from our communities who leave their fuckin aids-contaminated needles all over the streets.
