When I worked at THCF, paul told the Dr.'s what to write for all patients, no need for any of the Dr.'s to play lawyer, but they are responsible to know what's legal and not . ESPECIALLY orvald, he is as old as dirt and was a successful heart surgeon before retiring. I was his 3rd patient on his first day after making paul replace dodge. PAUL AND I HAVE AN AXE TO GRIND. So, He's not a recognized cannabis attorney??? No wonder the case went forward in an out of the way county to sneak it past into the Supreme Court. Sound really fishy to me. :(

Finding a good attorney is never easy. He probably just picked one that someone else recommended to him. He should have done his research first.
And thats a rule for everyone to remember. Never rely on your attorney to do all the work. Get copies of everything he files and any depositions he does. There's always mistakes. And one simple mistake can kill you in court.

How do you know what the outcome will be without understanding our foundation here in wa. which is shit because of many shitty business practices. Have ya seen the new Wa. Supreme ct. ruling yet? Did ya read it carefully????? If we "all" look at our documents from the clinics( The one's in their possession, not ours), one will see exactly how our legal system will get every patient found guilty that has not seen a regular Dr.... The key here is if every clinic was owned and operated by a LICENSED PHYSICIAN whom understands they need to protect the patient-physician relationship first, we would not have so many people being convicted here in wa.
That's the bottom line, NO SOLID FOUNDATION for us patients. How about instead of saying I am a nut job, ya go out and get signatures for the new initiative so none of us have too worry about any solid foundations anymore.:thumbsup:
P.S. I never ever said cannacare is not a legit business, nor is it a medical clinic either. So I would hope you can sit down smoke a bowl and realize I ain't out too screw any patients. It's too get our providers of our health care in the MMJ industry too better protect us patients, cause caselaw says they are not doing their job we pay them to do.....so now who is harming who now? Think rationally about instead of paranoid delusions of grandeur.
