My entire family went thru these guys to get our cards. Myself, hubby and my son. No problems with paperwork at all.
I am not saying it did not happen but I know these guys and it seems out of character for them not to help you. Jake, Charlie and Lisa are generally very helpful. Maybe their was a misunderstanding or miscommunication.
The problem with these guys is the lack of quality and quanity of product. Got a blue dream there that was great awhile back but overal their quality is a solid B.
I really like these people and I hope they pull it together before it really effects their business. Patients are getting wiser and more particular.
