Medical Merijuana sales info..

one problem i see in alot of the "collectives" ( from what ive read, i do my own thing) is they grossly overprice their meds......$45-$75 bucks an 8th is crazy, especially when if you smoke, you most likely KNOW someone who grows if you dont and can get your meds at the going rate. right now, anything over $25-$30 bucks TOPS is really stretching it bigtime;. theres so much tasty stuff going around out there,so many different strains, who pays those high prices?

nothing personal guys, but if you have a collective, and your selling an 1/8th for say, $60 bucks, but yet you can get decent stuff out and about for $20 bucks +/- an eighth, what are you doing but making money?.......ill tell you what, if someone actually opened a "collective" and charged street prices, they couldnt help but take all the business and make money hand over fist. ive had 3 different collectives ask me to grow for them sofar, and have turned each one down. im not the slightest bit interested in making money off of someone else pain and/or problems..

Seem as if more fools worry about my typing skills i leave that to my book keeper and secretary.Senate voted 3 to 4 in favor so anyone will be able to sale.I'm sure they will be provision either way is fine with me and my Humboldt group we do well keeping it legal this just means a more open market..Or the new amsterdam in the usa :) Open a coffie shop insted :P

yea, but whats going to happen to all those $60 an 1/8th sales when everyone can grow it, or buy it at the damn supermarket?.....if something like AB390 does eventually go thru and its legal for whomever to grow,buy,sell,ect.......you can rest assured the days of the dispensaries are numbered. who wants to pay $60+ for an 1/8th they can get down the street for $5.00?



yes, AB390 passed the vote, but he didnt get it done in time to get it handled before todays deadline, so from what i understand, hes let it DROP, in hopes a bill will go thru this november.

actually, it goes beyond that ... you are functionally illiterate, and are under the impression, you're qualified to get rich, supplying dispensaries ... it is NOT legal, to do what you're planning, but don't worry, your lawyer will explain it to you ... :smokin:

you cant explain it to people like that. like i said before, its guys like that that are going to be the death of MMJ.......people who were doing it illegally before 215 was passed, now think becaue they got a recomendation, now its all legal, and it isnt. the guy doesnt seem bright enough to pick up a newspaper, or read or liten to a news story and see people are getting arrested each and every day for exactly what hes openly talking about hes doing, on a daily basis. you hear about this dipensery or that co-op being busted with illegal MJ, phoney recomendations,stacks of cash,ect......all one needs to do is to do a google search and youll see.

whats going to eventually happen is there either going to try to repeal the MMJ laws in ca, or the states going to take it over and open their own shit up. wait and see.........

I agree with ya, this is exactly the sort of 'wannabe entrepreneur' that brings about more enforcement, and dispensary closings ... it also doesn't help, when the very lawyer that wrote Prop.215, says it's all 'bad law' :wtf: ... he was on 60 Minutes one night, explaining how it's such a mess now, and wishes he'd not left the 'dispensary' loophole ... I don't wrap my life around the laws, I've smoked for 45 years, a little late, to sweat it, now :jointsmile: ... but, I always have had a problem with 'greedheads', eager to cash in on what they think is 'easy money' ... the prisons are full of 'easy money businessmen', ya know ;)

got that right.......may be someday guys like that will get a clue :thumbsup:
