Yeah, why let those who condemned mmj to write the law for mmj. Makes for a weird dichotomy. :DQuote:

Sorry this bores you.
This also puts a stop to legalization. They will not allow anyone to grow cannabis sativa L. without a registration directly from the DEA. The DEA is not handing them out to anyone, not even under state law legislation. The only way we get any cannabis is self grown, black market or co-op.
One can see them shutting down dispensaries one after the other. Here in Wa. the plan is to allow farm growers just like above. do ya see the response? we are burnt.
No, it does not bore me, reading legal crap is terribly difficult, especially when I visit here first thing in the morning. You are right of course, the legal mumbo jumbo is what it is all about. My point was, and still is, link the whole, and paraphrase in posts. I think this thread is important. The topic is important.
Certainly I would pay attention to what your representatives plan on voting about this bill, and remembering for the next election. It is high time that the elected officials in this country started listening to all the people not just those that put money in their pocket.
I am 57 and have never been more disappointed in my elected officials and how my country is in self-destruction mode.
Really, it would be quite simple. Just go back to how it was prior to prohibition or to where those who wish to consume cannabis pay a nominal fee for a Cannabis Stamp. No one under 18 to possess. Minimal fines, no life destroying criminal charges. Allow parents to council and discipline their kids, not some state person, just like in the old days. No need to tangle and mire it down with needless fancy, non-layman words. Keep it simple.
That would be too simple and then how would the attorneys make money.
Well Attorneys and lawmakers who vote against legalization and do not do as their constituents desire should be moved down the social ladder to scumbags. So I am not at all worried about them. They are half the reason this country is so messed up

Amen to that. We've begun to turn on each other over bullshit politics. If it keeps up the country will go to shit. I'm sick of it frankly. And I'm 60 and have never seen it so fucked up. :thumbsup:Quote:
