Call Labor Board and ask if they can single you out repeatedly I think this is illegal if they employ random drug screening it must be RANDOM. ie; employee numbers or names pulled out of a hat, bingo roller, etc.
It may be unlawful in La to single out any one person due to race, creed, color, class, sexual, or religous orientation, etc. if you follow my line of thought.
I do think this guy is picking on you, singling you out, especially in light of recent urinalysis

Good post and thats exactly what he should do. L&I can be pretty good sometimes at stopping workplace harrasment.

I've contacted a few attorneys, I know what he's done is wrong. Just have to choose the right legal words to make it legally wrong haaa.
Oh and on the legal forum i did keep the fact that i was dirty out of it(for legal reasons of course) They never did prove I smoke, so screw them.
