Is she ready for harvest? PLEASE HELP!!
Sorry, I just discovered something on fungus gnats. The have a larval stage where they will be a black spot on your roots. there are a few fixes to kill them at this stage as well. You'll need to look into that because like I said, I'm new to this as well.

I would think about cutting her down and starting over. Next time grow more than one plant. A 12 week flower cycle is really long. You should get some seeds that have a 8 -9 week flower cycle. You will be unable to save your plant or increase its potency and/or harvest weight with this many problems so late in the game. Sorry.

I must agree, I've been reading so many differnt things about mould and gnats. Mostly this late either cut the parts with mould out and clean best as possible. As for the gnats, I have gotten them under control with sand box sand. Smuther then out, the adults can't reach the soil to lay more eggs. But, the larva is already eating the roots. I forget the life cycle but they are doing serious harm. Leafs are curling, turning black at tips. Leafs falling off left and right. It's sad, but your right. Time to chop her down. Between all the problems and the issues. The growth will be stunted and that's one set back to many. R.I.P ( rest in pieces ) any ideas for a safe site for seeds, that you have expirence with. Thanks for everything guys, sucks though..

Hey man, don't get too down. Everyone has to learn how to successfully grow. Recreating nature isn't easy; you should be happy that you got it through so many weeks of flowering. It took me 3 tries before I was able to actually harvest anything, lol! All it means is that you try it again.
If the entire cola isn't covered with mold, I would see if you can surgically remove it (but only if you think you can get it ALL). Then dry and cure it like normal (constantly check for mold). I doubt it's a total loss; maybe make some cannabutter with it or something, using half the amount of butter.

Neem oil, cedar oil (go gnats) and AzaMax are all effective at getting rid of gnats. I have used all three in watering and the neem and AzaMax will kill the larva.. At this point Neem oil and AzaMax would both do wonders. I like AzaMaz because I don't need to use dish soap or other products Like I do with the neem oil to get it to mix with water. I think I'd use neem oil in flower because I don't know how AzaMax will affect the finished bud. If you do add neem or anything else CHECK the ph before watering and adjust it. I've screwed myself by not checking.

Looked up more info on AzaMax. It's neem oil based and should be safe for plants in flower. Talked to a few friends too and they have had no problems while using during flower. Good luck with everything.
