This idea would not be a co-op. Each renter would have their own identified plants. This idea is a grow room where someone would rent grow room space to people that donā??t have the space or equipment to grow on their own. They would grow for the renter plants with each plant a month apart so there will be a steady supply.
One way of looking at this idea is someone might buy a calf and make payments to the farmer to raise it since they donā??t have a farm. They may instruct the farmer to raise it organically or have other instructions. And when the cow is ready they get the product.
Basically the idea is to have an internet grow room where there is a password link to the security camera on the plants so you can see your plant when you want to. The patient would be grown specific plants that have a plastic ring around the plant stock that cannot be removed so they would always know which exact plants are theirs.
What do you think the police would think about this idea?
If the renter got a plant every month could that comply with the 60 day rule?
Would there be much interest in renting space rather then setting up on their own?
What do you think the problems would be with this idea?
Please comment on this post about what you feel law enforcement would say about this idea or if you think this idea would help legal patients that donā??t have the space or investment to grow on their own.
I am not an attorney and don't live in Washington but I like this concept. IR had some good advice in another thread. find you a really good cannabis attorney and make him a business partner, communicate with you local DA's office, too. :twocents: good luck, brother.

I don't see why renting space for your grow won't work. There would have to be a copy of your MMJ authorization on the premises and I would tag every plant that is yours with your name. You would just need to be careful what you say to leo if they showed up. Never call the person your renting the space from a caretaker. Because a caretaker can only have plants from one individual. Make sure you tell them that you do all the nutes and pruning and everything else yourself.
But as we all know the laws are vague and if a cop wants too he can just pull everything up and let you argue with the judge.

The answer to this question falls under the "discretion of local law enforcement" and by that I mean that if you have to spend YEARS of time and your life savings to defending yourself in court, you've already lost. Ask Bruce Olson...
My guess is that you can have 2 notes for every patient THAT LIVES ON THE PREMISIS. If you're growing (for yourself) in your home, it's not a co op, even if you are also a provider for someone else.... Anything more than this seems like you're asking for trouble...
It would seem that a rented space, with more than one patient, but no one living there, would fit the very definition of a co op.
It would also seem that if a patient lived there, but had more than 30 plants, they would also be asking for trouble.

I would rather argue with the judge, our laws are not vague, they just pull the wool over your eyes and say VAGUE, I am robbing you, ha, ha, ha, sucker go see my buddy at the court house, he covers every thing I do... good luck sucker..... I suggest you read the timber statutes killerweed420, there are 2 of them, which covers popo doing torture to yur ass, and killing your ladies, by the way, damages are treble, that means here in wa. a plant is worth $4,800 at any size, multiply that by 3, thats what you get for talking to his buddy, SEND ME TO YOUR BUDDY, SUCKER !!!!!!:pimp::pimp::pimp:
