BT is right.
DOT is nothing different really than any other urine test. They do a screening to see if anything is preliminary positive and if so, a GC/MS is performed. Since there are so strict regulations with DOT testing, it's actually easier to pass using synthetic because they can't make any assumptions or judgments about color/odor... not that it would matter anyway.
There are a few people on here that have used synthetic over a dozen times for DOT and have had no problems.
