No Coughing opens you capillaries which are tiny blood vessels that run throughout your entire body and they deliver thing like Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide. When you cough blood rushes to the capillaries and make them expand allowing more amount of Oxygen and THC.

Capillaries are used to take blood around the body, thus taking the THC around quicker.
