good luck
iv got no soil for one , nd on top of that this problem happend b4 i added anything, i was just feeding them on 1/2 strength n it started happenin, so it wont be ph or nutes, as ph isnt allowed to even cross 6. its always round 5.8 which is bang on.
and i even slowed the nutes down to 1/4 n still the same shit, n that was after flushing.
the extras are all top items, that are good for the plants n help out in stress. n guardian angel is for pythium as i thought that was the problem at first.

And maybe even before that I would flush with 1/4 strength nutes to give it a good flushing. Good luck
hey smooth, i already did that, and i was running about 1/2 strength and the plants b4 that, i had them runnin at 1/4 n the exact same thing happend.
its not nut burn as the leaves are not showing signes of nutburn, ie: the burn.
its showing exactly like N def or lockout.
and iv flushed n etc... same shit.

how did urs die, did they keep getting yellow till eventually they look like they shrunk real bad?
ventilation is good i say because they are in a built in closet and the door from the other side is always open, therfor air comes into the closet from the side and the hot air gets pushed out thru the top as there are holes in the uper side, so it circulates new air and not the same air, and that room is open to 3 different rooms that have open windows so air and temp are no problem, im giving them plenty water, as when i water i flood them as i have a nutrient tank/tub which i dip the whole pot {till about 80% from the stem in order to keep the top of the root dry} and then i take them out after soaking them for about 2 minutes 80% fully submerged, i was doing that 2x a day n now im doing it once as i think i was overfeeding them, i dunno man its pissin me off cuz iv lost so much and now i have the final set of about 6-7 plants which i just germd bout a couple of days ago and i have a feeling the same is gona happen.
we need a plan lool.:rastasmoke:
A mother plant I got from a bro of mine. Didn't look too good so I had this foliar feed spray. I mixed it light and sprayed it on every couple of days. They looked great untill. It was under fluro's and after about 6 times they started to turn yellow, shrink and fall off. Starting from the bottom to the top. I think the spray built up on the leaves. Did not think about washing them with PH water spray. After I stopped the topps barely survived and came back nice.
When I got a problem like this I go back to bare basics to try and pinpoint the problem. Your ventilation sounds good.

hey bro, from looking at the color of those bottom leaves it looks like some
kind of deficiency which means there is probably some sort of nutrient lock
out going on.
also, Weedhound was suggesting you transplant into soil, even if it means going
to the store and buying a bag, because soil is much more forgiving than hydro.
then, once you get it stable, you can always take cuts off it and try hydro again.
hydro can be very tricky to get right if you are unfamiliar with the process and
very tricky to diagnose from just pictures.
what you might try is simply dumping your res and re-filling it with ph balanced
water and a couple tablespoons of H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) but transplanting
into some dirt is the surest way to be sure your lone plant survives, and even
that might not do it.

LOC NAR makes an excellent point, plus, they are too young for that, at 2
and a half weeks i wouldn't spray with anything but water.

Your using tap water. Do you know the PPM's of the water. Maybe too high.
What kind and where did you get your rocks ?
To be on the safe side I would try what WeedHound says about soil trans plant. They are dieing anyway. Till you figure out what it is.

um, not sure y u got upset, i simply pinpointed the problem that i had no soil, and secondly said that it couldnt have been any of the nutes as i have had this problem b4 adding any of the nutes.
so im sorry u feel as if i was lashing at u, but i wasnt, i was simply being informative on the situation so i can get an update on thoughts/conclusion and nothing else.

mmmmm, actually now that u mention it, i did spray them more than i should have i think, tho i havent sprayed them for 2-3 days, the problem seems to be stable for now, the yellowing isnt progressing as far as i can see and if it is its doing it very slowly, still looks like shit tho.
u think i should spray/clean the leaves with ph adjusted water only...?

mmmm, problem is there is no soil around where i live, the only soil avail. is from a small local store and its very low quality shit, so not sure if thats a good idea, and on the other hand, if i was able to sort out soil some how, do i just dump it in with the rockwool cube? cuz that fucker aint going nowhere its all stuck to the roots, i doubt ill be able to arrange good soil till the next day or 2.
i dumped the solution and filled with water at 5.8ph {and since i dont have hydrogen peroxide} i used oxyplus and a drop or 2 of superthrive. so will see wt happens.
thx for the thoughts everyone
