i think if the cops busted in and saw 12 plants all growing together in the same operation they would just take em all and think you guys were teaming up to make money regardless of your story
however if you grew yours upstairs and she grew hers downstairs and things were separated completely it would look a lot more legit

Actually I found out patients can cooperatively and collectively grow their medicine together. Hence the term of co-op and collective for the medicine clubs.
