Agreed, great looking buds and I start to harvest any time they get to the amber stage. Its usually about a 1 week window before the THC will start to degrade.

Do you think the trichomes will turn more frosty during drying and curing?
Thanks for all your help and replies !!
Matt
Yes. As the bud's dry and cure you'll see the thrich's become more prominent.

Ok - after doing alot more reading on the forum here - Ive seen that mollases is used to help out with taste - I did not use mollases at all and I also am now thinking i over fertalized - I flushed with straight water 2 weeks before since i was using soil.
Do you think that if I over nuted and didnt use mollases that my end product will not taste like it should?
When I was manicuring the resin on my hands smelled like the dank I am looking for in the buds - any thoughts???
Thanks
Matt
Or....you quit being ignorant and listen to everyone else and CURE. For 3-4 weeks, weed doesn't dry and smell good overnight. It takes time just like wine and whiskey.
You answered your own question in the original post. Get back to us in 3 weeks and let us know how it smells. Trust Me:wtf:Quote:
and tates kinda like nothing and doesnt really smell that great - kinda grassy and earthy at best - everything Ive read says curing will help out the taste and smell
even the clear trichs will become more white as the curing process progresses but i like to go off ones in the middle of the plant cause sometimes the top ones turn amber from stresses
