I will be honest, I'm totally confused as to who is legit and who isn't because of all the fussing amongst the various groups.

Yes, your own doctor can do it if they are willing. Most however, aren't, that's why there is the specialization. :thumbsup: Dealer's choice (as in cards) as they say nowadays.

Gypski, lets say I have a doc that agrees that mmj would be a good treatment for migraines. Is there a special form that they fill out for the state or what is actually the "authorization form"? Is this a form I need to take to my doctor or what?

Migraines are a qualified illness. Here is the form I have. Take it to your doctor and have him fill it out. Its also good to have a record of your qualifying condition attached. Its just as good as any other and has no time restriction like some of the doctors are doing. :thumbsup::jointsmile:
